Simone Di Virgilio is an independent restorer, trained at the Opificio delle Pietre Dure in Florence, an institution with which he still collaborates, where he obtained the title of restorer with a specialization in ceramic and glass materials and artifacts, metals and alloys.
He has been carrying out his activity as an autonomous operator for five years, collaborating mainly with public bodies. These collaborations have sometimes given rise to publications of various kinds.
